                               Honey Mustard

    2      ounces        dry mustard
    1      tablespoon    flour or cornstarch
    2      tablespoons   cider vinegar
    1      tablespoon    brandy
    1      tablespoon    honey
 
 Combine the dry ingredients and flour.  Gradually stir in 1/4 cup cold
 water and let stand for 15 minutes.  Add the remaining ingredients and
 mix thoroughly.  Makes about 1/2 cup.
