                         Easy Vinaigrette Dressing

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
      2/3  c             olive oil
      2/3  c             chicken broth
      1/2  c             cider vinegar
    1      lg            clove garlic
    2      tsp           Dijon mustard
    1      tsp           EACH salt and sugar
 
 Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until well
 blended.  Pour into a jar and cover tightly.  Or, using minced garlic,
 put all ingredients in a bowl or jar and shake or whisk until blended. 
 Shake or whisk before serving.
