       Title: BLUE CHEESE DIP/DRESSING
  Categories: S. dressing
       Yield: 1 1/2 cups
  
       2 tb Onion; minced
       4 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
       4 oz Blue cheese; crumbled
       1 c  Mayonnaise
     1/2 c  Sour cream
       1 tb Lemon juice
  
   Whisk all ingredients together.  Chill for an hour or
   more to let flavor develop before serving.
