       Title: HONEY AND GARLIC DRESSING 2

       Yield: 6 servings
  
   1 1/2 c  Mayonnaise
     1/4 c  Red wine vinegar
       3 tb Liquid honey
       2 ea Garlic cloves, crushed
       1 tb Dijon mustard
       1 tb Worcestershire sauce
       1 ts Tabasco
       1 ea Salt and pepper to taste
  
   Mix all the ingredients together with a wire whisk
   (remember this month is dedicated to exercise and
   diet) and allow to sit in the fridge overnight. Pour
   the dressing over a salad composed of iceberg lettuce,
   red and green pepper strips, sliced radishes, cucumber
   and chopped parsley. Yield 6-8 portions
