     1/4 c  garlic
       1    egg
       1 t  dijon mustard
     3/4 c  olive oil
       1 t  fresh lemon juice
       1 t  white wine vinegar
       1 t  kosher salt
     1/8 t  white pepper
 
 combine garlic, egg, and mustard in a food processor process to a fine
 puree 
 with machine running, add oil in a thin-steady stream process until
 slightly thickened 
 stir in lemon juice and vinegar-mix well 
 season to taste with salt and pepper 
 cover and chill for 2-48 hours
