       2    egg
       2 t  cornstarch
     1/2 c  sugar
     1/4 c  fresh lemon juice
     1/2 c  fresh orange juice
     1/2 c  pineapple juice
       1 t  unsalted butter
 
 whisk sugar and cornstarch into eggs-mix very well 
 combine egg mixture with fruit juices in the top of a double-boiler 
 heat and stir until thickened 
 stir in melted butter
 remove from heat and allow to cool 
 cover and chill for 2-48 hours
 serve slightly chilled
