       Title: Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing
  Categories: S.dressing, Lo/no-fat
       Yield: 1 servings
  
            Juice of 1 orange                   1    Clove garlic, crushed
            (preferably a large Spanish           pn Salt
            Navel orange)                     1/4 ts Dry mustard powder
       2 tb Lemon juice                              Freshly-ground black pepper
       2 tb Balsamic or white wine              1 ts Brown sugar.
            Vinegar                        
  
   Put everything in a screw-top jar and shake thoroughly.  Will keep for a
   couple of days in the refrigerator.
