      1/4           cup  minced onion
   1              clove  garlic -- minced
   1        8-ounce can  tomato sauce
      1/3           cup  honey
   3        tablespoons  vinegar
   2        tablespoons  dry sherry
   1           teaspoon  dry mustard
      1/2      teaspoon  salt
      1/4      teaspoon  coarsely ground black pepper
 
 Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; c
 ook and stir until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil;
  reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes. Serve over grilled chicken, pork, sp
 areribs, salmon or hamburgers.
