                        Texas Tears Chicken Marinade

    2      tablespoons   habanero hot sauce -- or any bottled hot
                         -- sauce
    1      cup           bottled italian dressing
    1                    lime  -- juice of
      1/2  bunch         cilantro -- chopped
 
 1.  Combine hot sauce, Italian dressing, lime juice and cilantro.  To use as a 
 marinade for chicken, place 6-8 pieces chicken in a glass bowl or dish and pour
  sauce over.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Grill or broil chicken along wi
 th onion-ring slices, if desired, and serve at once.  Yield: 2 cups
 
 NOTES: Turn up the heat with these hot recipes.  If your tongue is tender and c
 an't take too much spice, use less sauce than the recipes call for.
