  Persimmon Pudding

 3/4 c. sugar
 1 c. flour
 1 c. persimmon pulp mixed with
  1 t. baking soda
 1/2 t. baking powder
 1/2 t. cinnamon
 1/2 t. salt
 1/2 c. raisins
 1/2 c. chopped nuts
 1/2 c. milk
 
 Combine ingredients and pour into molded pan.  Bake at 350 F for 1 hour 
 (or until done).
 
 Serve warm with lemon sauce, hard sauce or vanilla ice cream.
