                               CARROT PUDDING

    1      cup           carrots
    1      cup           potato
    1      cup           apple
    1      cup           sugar
    1      cup           flour
    1      cup           raisins
    1      teaspoon      baking soda
    1      teaspoon      cinnamon
      1/2  cup           butter or oleo
    1      teaspoon      salt
 
 grate the first 3 ingredients.  Mix and steam all ingredients for 3 hours.
 Then set in oven 10 minutes to dry.  Serve warm with whipped cream or topping.
