                             Egg Whites Pudding

    7                    egg whites
  125      g.            sugar
                         cream of tartar
 
 7   egg whites
 1. Whip whites until very firm.
 2. Add sugar 2 T at a time whipping to a smooth batter.
 3. Butter a tub pan and pour in the batter.
 4. Bake in a pre heated 350 F oven in a water bed for 15 minutes.
 5. Let cool and unmold.
 
 Toppings : creme anglaise, coconut cream, apricot compote
