Fresh Cranberry Relish
 
 Pulp of 1 small orange (cut in 1/8’s, process in Cuisinart)
 2c. (1 bag) washed and drained Ocean Spray cranberries, ground or processed
 in Cuisinart
 Add 3/4 - 1 c. sugar
 
 Wash and drain cranberries. Pat dry and add place in food processor
 Cut orange into eighths and add to cranberries in food processor.
 Process until chopped fine.
 Add sugar.
 
 Mix in thoroughly and let stand several hours, or overnight.

 Spray whole cranberries.
