   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2      Tbsp          Freshly Ground Black Pepper
    2      Tbsp          Paprika
    2      Tbsp          Onion Powder
    1      Tbsp          Brown Sugar
    1      Tbsp          Chili Powder
    1      Tbsp          Coarse Salt
      1/2  Tsp           Ground Sage
      1/2  Tsp           Ground Nutmeg
      1/4  Tsp           Cayenne Pepper
 
 Mix the spices together in a small bowl. The blend will keep in 
 an air tight container for up to 8 weeks. Store in cool, dark 
 place.
 
 This rub is great with ribs, Boston butt, beef brisket, a whole 
 chicken, and boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
