                               Salsa Inferno

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    4      cups          tomato -- peeled and chopped
    1      cup           green chiles -- chopped
      1/2  cup           onion -- minced
    2      tablespoons   garlic -- minced
      1/2  cup           scallions -- chopped
      1/2  cup           jalapeno chile pepper -- chopped
    1      tablespoon    tabasco sauce
    3      tablespoons   white vinegar
      3/4  teaspoon      salt
    3      ounces        tomato paste
 
 Place all ingredients in heavy saucepan,  bring to boil.  Simmer until
 desired consistency.  Process 10 minutes.
