                             Nadine’s Bbq Sauce

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
    6      tablespoons   prepared mustard
    6      tablespoons   light ketchup
    1      tablespoon    Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2  teaspoons     dried minced onion flakes
    1 1/2  teaspoons     brown sugar substitute -- (Sugartwin)
 
 Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

 ium - 516mg; and Cholesterol - 0
 
 The accompanying article states that [t]hese sauces are high in sodium.  (no ki
 dding) consider using lemon juice, lime juice or vinegar if you like.  As for m
 e, I'm adding 1 tablespoon of red pepper sauce.
