    2      Tbsp.         butter -- or margarine
    2      Tbsp.         flour
    2      Cups          water
    2      Tsp.          Seafood Redi-Base
      1/2  Tsp.          Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
    1      Tsp.          paprika
      1/2  Tsp.          Worcestershire sauce
    2      Tbsp.         dry sherry
    2      Tbsp.         heavy cream
 
 Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and stir to form roux. Slowly whip in Seafo
 od Redi-Base until blended. Add Old Bay Seasoning, paprika and Worcestershire s
 auce. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add cream and sherry. Serve. Excell
 ent with seafood and chicken dishes. Makes 2 cups.
