       Title: Barbecue Sauce

       Yield: 2 servings
  
       6 c  Onions, chopped                     6 tb Lea & Perrins
     1/2 c  Honey                               2 c  Dry white wine
       2 tb Garlic, chopped                     1 ts Mint, dried
       4 tb Lemon juice                         6 tb Vinegar
       2 c  Sweet pepper, chopped               2 tb Liquid smoke
       2 tb Salt                                4 c  Ketchup
       1 c  Parsley, dried                      1 tb Louisiana hot sauce
  
   Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold
   them.  Bring to a boil.  Cook, covered, on low heat for
   several hours.
