     1/2 c  jack cheese
     1/2 c  cheddar cheese
       1 t  flour
     1/2 t  dry mustard
     1/2 t  paprika
       4 oz beer
       1 t  liquid hot pepper sauce
     1/4 c  milk
 combine jack cheese, cheddar cheese, flour, dry mustard, and paprika-toss
 to mix well 
 combine beer and pepper sauce in a saucepan, over a medium-low flame 
 add cheese mixture, a little at a time 
 heat and stir to melt cheese 
 stir in milk 
 serve warm
