     1/4 c  prepared horseradish
       1 t  white vinegar
       1 t  sugar
     1/4 t  dry mustard
     1/2 t  kosher salt
     1/2 t  white pepper
     1/2 c  cream
 place horseradish into a clean towel and squeeze to remove excess
 combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper-mix well 
 beat cream to stiff peaks 
 fold into horseradish mixture 
 cover and chill for 2-48 hours
 serve slightly chilled
