       3 c  red wine vinegar
       4 c  olive oil
       2 t  dry mustard
       5 c  onion
     1/3 c  pitted green olive
       3 c  parsley
     1/3 c  scallion greens
     1/2 c  garlic
     1/3 c  brandy
     1/4 c  dried oregano
     1/3 c  pepper
     1/4 c  cayenne
       2 t  kosher salt
 
 combine vinegar, olive oil, and dry mustard in a food processor 
 process until well blended 
 add remaining ingredients and process until well blended cover and let
 stand for 4-8 hours, allowing flavors to meld or cover and chill up to 96
 hours 
 serve chilled or at room temperature, as a dipping sauce
