       Title: Citrus Sauce For Citrus Sections

       2 tb Cornstarch dissolved in 1/4
         c  Lemon
            Juice
       1 ts Grated orange rind
   1 1/3 c  Orange juice
     1/2 c  Sugar
     1/4 c  Orange liqueur
            Grapefruit and orange
            Sections
  
   Combine the dissolved cornstarch, orange rind, juice,
   and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes
   or until thickened and clear. Remove from the heat and
   stir in orange liqueur to taste. Pour over chilled
   citrus sections.
   
   Yield: about 2 1/2 cups sauce
