    1      Teaspoon      Dry Mustard
      3/4  Cup           Mayonnaise
      1/4  Cup           dry white wine
    1 1/2  Teaspoons     fresh lime juice
      1/8  Teaspoon      salt
      1/8  Teaspoon      Tabasco Sauce
           Dash          white pepper, freshly ground
 
 Combine all ingredients in small bowl, mixing well.
 
  Yields a little over 1 cup.
