       Title: Spaghetti Meat Sauce

       Yield: 4 servings
  
       1 lb Ground beef                       1/8 ts Red pepper
       1 lg Onion, chopped                      1 ts Parsley flakes
       1 cl Garlic, minced                    1/2 ts Oregano
     1/2 c  Chopped celery                    1/2 ts Sweet basil
       1    Green pepper, diced               1/4 ts Thyme
       2 ts Salt                                2 ts Sugar
       1 c  Water                               3 dr Tabasco sauce
       1    8 oz can tomato sauce               1    16 oz can tomato paste
  
   Heat cooker and brown beef.  Stir in remaining ingredients, except tomato
   paste.  Close cover securely.  Place pressure regulator on vent pipe and
   cook 8 minutes with pressure regulator rocking slowly.  Cool cooker at
   once. Stir in tomato paste and simmer, uncovered to desired thickness.
   Serve sauce over long spaghetti.
