       Title: Alfredo Sauce  (Lowfat)
  Categories: Sauces etc., Pasta
       Yield: 4 Servings
 
       1 c  Skimmed milk
     1/2 c  Lowfat cottage cheese
       1 tb Cornstarch
     1/4 ts Salt
     1/8 ts Pepper
     1/4 ts Garlic powder
     1/2 c  Parmesan cheese
 
   Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until
   smooth. Pour mixture into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat
   until heated through and smooth, stirring occasionally. Serve with
   hot, cooked fettuccini. Makes 4 serving.
