                       Honey Orange Sundae Sauce -Nhb

      1/2  cup           orange juice
      1/4  cup           honey
    1      teaspoon      cornstarch
    1      teaspoon      grated orange peel
    1                    orange -- peeled and cut
                         into 1-inch pieces
 
 In small saucepan, mix orange juice and honey; stir in cornstarch and
 orange peel. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Reduce
 heat and simmer for 1 minute. Add orange pieces and heat thoroughly. Serve
 over ice cream, frozen yogurt or pound cake.
