    1      Can           Evaporated Milk
    1      C             Sugar
      1/3  C             Butter
    1      C             Chocolate Chips
      3/4  Tsp           Vanilla Extract
 
 In a thick-walled pot, bring milk sugar and butter to a boil.  Cook 2
 minutes.  Whisk in chocolate chips and vinilla, reduce heat and stir until
 smooth.  Serve warm.
