   12                    tomatoes -- skinned
    2                    onions -- minced
    2                    red bell peppers -- chopped
    2                    green bell peppers -- chopped
    1      teaspoon      celery seed
    1      teaspoon      cinnamon
      1/2  cup           brown sugar
    2      tablespoons   salt
    1 1/2  pints         (3 c.) vinegar
    1      tablespoon    whole allspice
    1      teaspoon      ground allspice
 
 Boil slowly 1 1/2 hours.  Great served with roast beef.
