                               Barbecue Sauce

    1      cup           finely chopped onion
      3/4  cup           finely chopped celery
    3      tablespoons   butter
    6      tablespoons   sugar
    3      tablespoons   Worcestershire sauce
    6      tablespoons   wine vinegar
      3/4  cup           lemon juice
    3      cups          ketchup
    3      teaspoons     dry mustard
    2      teaspoons     Liquid Barbecue Smoke®
                         salt and pepper
 
 In skillte, saute onion and celery in butter.  Add to Crock-Pot with remaining 
 ingredients.  Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hou
 rs, stirring occasionally.
 
 5 cups.
 
 Note:  This sauce can be doubled, if desired;  it freezes well, too.
