    2 tablespoons butter
      1/2 cup boiling water
    1 1/2 cups sugar
      1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or some other flavoring

Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler. Stir in butter. Add boiling water
