       Title: Chef’s Barbeque Sauce

       Yield: 1 gallon
  
       1 c  Oil
   2 1/2 c  Onions, finely chopped
   1 1/2 c  Brown sugar
       5 T  Prepared mustard
       3 t  Salt
       5 T  Worcestershire
       5 c  Catsup
     1/2 c  Vinegar
       3 pt Water
  
   Saute the onions in the oil without browning.  Add all other
   ingredients. Simmer for 30+ minutes to thicken.
