2 fresh red chilis, seeded and shredded (you can use less if you want it less
 spicy)
 2 teaspoons lime juice
 1/4 cup tamari or light soy sauce
 1 Tablespoon finely grated carrots
 1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
 1/4 cup of water
 sugar
 Mix all ingredients well, adding sugar to taste.  I like more lime juice in
 mine, so don't be afraid to play with the proportions.  Enjoy!
