    1      tablespoon    cumin
    1      tablespoon    coriander seed
    1      teaspoon      sesame seeds
    1      teaspoon      black peppercorns
    1      teaspoon      cloves
    1      teaspoon      mace
    1      teaspoon      cinnamon
    3                    cardamom -- pods
 
 Toast in a dry skillet for 2 minutes, then grind.
 Tips:  medium to medium-low heat.
