                   CREOLE SEAFOOD SEASONING - GREAT CHEFS

    2       tb           Oregano
      1/3   c            Salt
    1       tb           Salt
      1/4   c            Garlic, granulated
      1/4   c            Pepper, black
    2       tb           Thyme
      1/3   c            Paprika
    1       tb           Paprika
    3       tb           Onion, granulated
 
        Combine all of the ingredients and mix
   thoroughly.  Pour the mixture into a large glass jar
   for storage.
   
        This seasoning can be kept indefinitely.
