                       MY CINCINNATI FIVE WAYS CHILI

    1       lb           Ground Beef
    2       tb           Onion -- minced
    3       tb           Garlic -- minced
    2       c            Tomato sauce
      1/2   tb           Cumin -- ground
      1/2   tb           Chili powder
    1                    Bay leaf
    1       t            Cinnamon
    2       tb           Cocoa powder -- unsweetened
    2       tb           Worcestershire sauce
      1/2   tb           Oregano -- dried
    1       t            Vinegar -- white
    1       cn           Kidney beans -- 19 oz;drained
                         Cooked spaghetti -- or other
                         -pasta
                         Onions -- yellow, minced
                         Butter
                         Cheddar -- grated
 
   Brown ground meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add
   spices, tomato sauce, cocoa powder and vinegar. Simmer
   on low heat, 1 to 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
   Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry
   onions in butter. Reheat drained beans in water and
   drain.
