                            Pork Chili Con Carne

                         Ingredient
    1      lb            ground pork
    1      large         onion chopped (1-1/2 cups)
    1      medium        green pepper diced (1 cup) or red pepper -- or
 half & half
      1/2  tsp.          chili pepper flakes -- (1/2 to 1)
    3      cups          canned diced tomatoes with juice no salt
    1      can           canned tomato sauce no salt -- (14 oz)
    2      tsp           chili powder -- (2 to 3)
    1      tbs           Worcestershire sauce
      1/4  tsp           cumin
   14      oz            canned kidney beans  drained (10 oz)
 
 Method:
 Cook ground pork, onion and green/red pepper over medium heat 5-10
 minutes 
 in a large deep frying pan or Dutch oven, until onion are soft and meat
 is 
 brown.  
 
 Add all remaining ingredients except kidney beans and simmer for 20 
 minutes.  Add kidney beans and simmer about 10 more minutes.  Top with 
 sour cream and grated cheddar cheese and serve with tortilla chips,
 fresh 
 rolls or butter toast.
 
 Not counting tortilla chips, grated cheese, or sour cream 1/6th recipe 
 equals
