                       Nevada Annie’s Champion Chili

    3      medium        Onions
    2      medium        Green peppers
    1      large         Stalk celery
    2                    Cloves garlic
    1      small         Jalapeno pepper;seed -- fresh

    8      pounds        Lean ground chuck
                         -----ADD-----
    7      ounces        Green chilies -- diced
   28      ounces        Stewed tomatoes
   15      ounces        Tomato sauce
    6      ounces        Tomato paste
    6      ounces        Chili powder
    2      tablespoons   Cumin
                         Tabasco sauce to taste
   12      ounces        Beer -- divided
                         Annie says to put in -- half the beer, drink
 					
   12      ounces        Mineral water
    3                    Bay leaves
                         Garlic -- salt and pepper
                         taste
 
 Dice and saute the first five ingredients. add the meat and brown it.
 Add the remaining ingreidnets. Add water, just to cover the top of the mixture.
