                            Cream Of Tomato Soup

    2      Cups          fresh tomato juice
      1/4  Cup           fresh leek juice
      1/4  Cup           fresh potato juice
    1      Cup           half and half
                         Salt and pepper
    3      Tablespoons   basil -- chopped
 
 
 In a saucepan combine tomato, leek, potato juices. Add 1 cup of half and
 half, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Stir in 3 tablespoons minced
 fresh basil.
 
 Ladle into serving dish and garnish with fresh basil sprigs
