                              STRAWBERRY SOUP

    2      cups          Strawberries; hulled -- crushed
    2      tablespoons   Lemon juice
    3      cups          Water
    1      cup           Sugar
    2      tablespoons   Tapioca -- quick-cooking
    1      cup           Sweet white wine
 
 Combine strawberried, lemon juice, water, sugar and tapioca in a medium
 saucepan; mix well.  Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often, and
 cook
 15 minutes. Stir in wine. Chill. Makes about 5 1/2 cups.
