MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.01
  
       Title: Gingered Carrots
  Categories: Diabetic, Vegetables, Side dishes
       Yield: 1 servings
  
     3/4 lb Fresh carrots;                    1/2 ts Ground ginger;
     1/2 c  Chicken broth                       1 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
            Dash onion powder;                  1 tb Whipped butter;
       2 tb Fresh lemon juice;             
  
   Cut carrots in matchstick slices or thin rounds.  Place in a saucepan
   with broth and onion powder.  Cook 15 minutes or until tender. Drain,
   add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
