       8 oz Plain lo-cal yogurt                 1 ds Hot pepper sauce
     1/2 x  Onions, finely chopped              1 ds Horseradish
       2 ts Lemon juice                         1 ds Salt and pepper
       2 tb Parsley                        
  
    Combine all ingredients.  Chill thoroughly. Yield: 1 1/2 C 1 serving
