Title: Sesame Green Beans & Peppers

Yield: 4 sweet ones
1 lb Fresh green beans; -cut in 1/4″ strips
1 md -size red bell pepper; 2 tb Toasted seasmae seeds;
-red or yellow maybe sub; 1 ts Sesame oil;
Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes. Drain
and rinse under cold water. Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper
and toss with remaining ingredients.
