       1 c  Strawberries; sliced
     1/2 c  Plain nonfat yogurt;
       1 c  Sparkling mineral water;
            Or sletzer or club soda
  
   Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor,
   process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and
