                       BASIC LOAF RECIPE FOR LEGUMES

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1       c            Legumes -- cooked
    1       c            Bread crumbs, wheat germ or
                         -ground nuts
    1       c            Liquid--soymilk, tomato
                         -juice, etc.
                         Seasonings to taste--garlic,
                         -onions, etc
 
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in loaf pan in
   350 degree oven until firm, about 30 minutes.
