   12      ounces        Portabella mushroom
                         olive oil
                         white wine
                         garlic
 
 While you're warming up the broiller, marinate sliced portobello mushrooms
 in a little olive oil, white wine and garlic.
 Broil quickly.  Serve instead of steak.   Serve with roasted, carmelized
 veggies (500 degree kind).
