* Exported from MasterCook * Cranberry Drop Cookies Recipe By : TASTE OF HOME DEC/JAN 1996 Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cookies Holiday Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 cup butter or margarine -- softened 1 cup sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries -- 1 cup walnuts -- chopped In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add egg, milk and lemon juice; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoon 2" apart onto greased baking sheets.
