* Exported from MasterCook II * Fruit Coctail Dessert Recipe By : Mrs. Harry Thayer Serving Size : 8 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Post To Bake-Shoppe To Post Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 2 Eggs 1 C Sugar 1 C Flour 1 Tsp Baking Soda Pinch Salt 1 28 Oz. Can Fruit Cocktail -- drained 1 Tsp Almond Extract 1/2 C Brown Sugar 1/2 C Chopped Pecans Whipped Cream Combine eggs and sugar well. Add flour, soda, and salt and mix well. Then add fruit coctail and almond flavoring. Mix by hand with spoon. Spread in greased pan, 11 x 7" or 9 x 9". On top sprinkle brown sugar and pecans. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 250°.
