---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04 Title: Tortiere Categories: Main dish, Meats Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 lb Lean ground beef 1/2 lb Ground pork 1 Onion, chopped 1 Clove, garlic 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Savory or thyme 1/4 ts Celery salt 1/4 ts Ground cloves 1/2 c Water In a pot mix together 1/2 lb each lean ground beef and 1/2 lb ground pork and all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer for 20 minutes. Add 1/2 cup breadcrumbs spoon by spoon until the fat is absorbed. Cool mixture. Pour into uncooked pie shell. Add the top crust.
