* Exported from MasterCook Buster * Dilled Garden Dip Recipe By : Pillsbury's Say Yes to Less Cookbook Serving Size : 1 Preparation Time : Categories : Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 1/2 cups lowfat cottage cheese 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons shredded carrot 1 tablespoon sliced green onions 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill OR 1/2 teaspoon dill weed 1 dashes pepper assorted fresh vegetables In blender container, combine cottage cheese and lemon juice. Cover; blend 3 t o 5 minutes at medium speed or until smooth. Stir in carrot, onions, parsley, dill and pepper. Garnish as desired. Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables for d ipping. Makes 1 1/2 cups. TIP: Mixture can also be used as a topping for baked potatoes. A dip full of garden goodness which can be enjoyed by even the most calorie con scious!
