MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
       Title: Phyllis' Avocado Bread

       Yield: 1 loaf
    1.00 sm Avocado
    1.00    Egg; slightly beaten
    0.50 c  Sour milk
    1.00 c  Unbleached white flour
    1.00 c  Whole-wheat flour
    0.50 ts Baking soda
    0.50 ts Baking powder
            Dash of salt
    0.75 c  Sugar (scant)
    1.00 c  Pecans; chopped-ONLY pecans
   Mix all ingredients except first 3 in large bowl.  Mash avocado; add
   egg and sour milk.  If flour mixture is very dry, add another egg.
   Combine avocado mixture with flour mixture; stir only to moisten all
   flour. Pour into loaf pan or 4 mini loaf pans.  Bake loaf at 350F for
   1 hour. Mini loaves require 375F for 25-30 minutes.
